Movie Review #5 - The Maze Runner (2014)
A Movie Review by Carter Rutledge for: Movie Synopsis: After his memory is erased, Thomas is deposited in a community of boys and soon learns they're all trapped in a maze that will require him to join forces with his fellow "runners" for a shot at escaping. MPAA Rating: PG-13 The Good: Great adaption from the book, amazing visuals, and great cinematography. The Bad: Acting was a little off, some plot holes, and some bad language. Why I Watched it: I saw this in theaters in 2014 after a friend loaned me the book, and have watched it a couple of times since. My Thoughts (no penny needed): The perfect representation of the book, things that were changed were necessary, and it felt like reading the book. That said, there is some acting problems here.
